The Challenge

CHD Living operates multiple care homes and required a more strategic marketing approach to increase both occupancy and revenue across the group. In 2024, they set ambitious growth targets, focusing on filling homes undergoing expansion, achieving target occupancy across the wider group, and increasing both self-funding enquiries and weekly fees. With an evolving market and rising competition, they needed a data-driven strategy that would generate high-quality leads while ensuring their teams could effectively convert enquiries into move-ins. Prosperwell was brought on board to support them in achieving these goals.
